Shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one week of your purchase. Standard shipping is $10 and express shipping is $15. We ship via Australia Post. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 2–7 business days depending on whether you're in a metro or regional area. We can't control carrier delays, but if your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, email us at merloandco.online@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
