Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
We offer store credit and/or exchanges to the value of your purchase on all full-priced items that are unworn and in their original condition. Please note we do not issue refunds for change of mind or for an incorrect purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer direct exchanges on products. The original item must be returned to us and received before a store credit is issued, which you can then put toward your new piece.
To start a return, email us at merloandco.online@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Faulty or incorrect items: if your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with photos and we'll make it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
