Shipping & Dispatch

We currently ship within Australia only, with New Zealand in the works!

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one week of your purchase.

Standard shipping - $10

Express shipping - $15

We ship via Australia Post. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 2–7 business days depending on whether you're in a metro or regional area. We can't control carrier delays, but if your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, email us at merloandco.online@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Packaging

Every Merlo & Co. order is carefully packaged to help keep your jewellery protected from the moment it leaves us until it arrives at your door.

Each piece is placed inside a secure, sealed box with protective filler. This helps minimise movement during transit and reduce the chance of damage along the way.

While we take every care to ensure your order arrives safely, if your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can assist.
